Yesterday I wrote the database schema for the recipe app I’m working on. The files only come inserting recipes; I will add more files as I progress into other parts of the project.

In recent months, perhaps even years, I have found the lack of interesting music frustrating. Other than a few standouts in my music collection who continue to produce meaningful music, nothing seems to stand out. I feel like such a loser adult saying such things, but it does appear that music may have indeed reached perfection somewhere in the middle of my high school career. Before rap rock and screamo and after the Juliana Theory.
But I digress. About a month ago, I got a large collection of Elvis Costello recordings. I didn’t realize just how much the guys rock. You should all do yourselves a favour and check out some of his non-greatest hits stuff. It’s very very good.
Going home for a wedding tomorrow. Hope the roads will be good, and the party fun.
