In recent months, perhaps even years, I have found the lack of interesting music frustrating. Other than a few standouts in my music collection who continue to produce meaningful music, nothing seems to stand out. I feel like such a loser adult saying such things, but it does appear that music may have indeed reached perfection somewhere in the middle of my high school career. But I digress. About a month ago, I got a large collection of Elvis Costello recordings. I didn’t realize just how much the guys rock. You should all do yourselves a favour and check out some of his non-greatest hits stuff. It’s very very good.
